Join Our Team as a Factory Team Member!
About Us:
We are one of Wellington's most reputable manufacturing companies, known for our supportive work culture and excellent career opportunities. Our main office is located in Porirua, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Factory Team Member to join our team.

As a Factory Team Member, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Operating in the factory and assisting at the front of house when needed
  • Communicating with customers to ensure all orders are fulfilled
  • Ordering stock for shipments and supplies for factory use
  • Operating and training on factory machinery

Working Hours:

  • Minimum 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 16:00 PM
  • Paid overtime after 40 hours (annual leave included)

  • Physically fit and proactive
  • Willingness to learn and reliable
  • Health and safety oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Forklift license preferred (training available)
  • Gantry crane ticket preferred (training available)
  • Must pass a drug test
