This company is an award-winning, NZ wide, franchise network serving more than 1800 clients. They are a commercial cleaning company which has provided tailored cleaning services to businesses, councils and government agencies of all sizes for over 40 years.

Your new role

Your primary objectives are to develop new business, increase the number of franchises, provide guidance and support to franchisees, maintain client relationships, ensure operational excellence in service delivery, offer inspirational leadership to the regional staff, and be accountable for workplace health and safety, as well as the welfare of those under your direction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working with a franchise leading business

• Good communication and negotiating skills

• Industry knowledge (commercial cleaning)

• Experience leading a team, quoting and providing on the job training

• Knowledge of the Health & Safety Legislation and Resource Management Act
