Your new role

The Software Engineering Manager will provide thought leadership in software development and day-to-day guidance to a team of Senior .Net Engineers. This role involves creating technical strategies, driving technical quality, and improving software delivery processes. The manager will also be responsible for performance management, professional development, training, and recruitment within the team. Additionally, the role includes client-facing responsibilities and interaction with senior stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Senior experience managing a team of software engineers or similar role

• Solid background as a software engineer - ideally .NET

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable interacting with clients and senior stakeholders

• Experience in a consulting environment is essential.
