Our client is a commercially orientated medium-sized New Zealand organisation within the infrastructure and networks industry and they have a fantastic opportunity for an OD Specialist to join their small, high-performing team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Talent & Capability, you'll partner with key stakeholders and the wider HR team to plan, develop and implement contemporary learning and development programmes and initiatives to grow the organisation's capability in areas including:
- Leadership development
- Culture and engagement
- DE&I
- Talent and succession management
- Talent Acquisition
- Workforce planning
What you'll need to succeed As a tertiary qualified HR professional, you'll have demonstrable experience within Organisational Development and proven experience at designing, developing, sourcing and implementing organisational development and learning and development programmes and tools within a medium to large sized, complex organisation.
With a results-driven mindset, you'll have a track record of delivering positive outcomes at pace and will thrive in a role where you are managing multiple projects and demands and will be able to manage stakeholders effectively. You'll have outstanding communication and relationship-building skills and the ability to facilitate engaging workshops across the organisation.
Working within a data-driven organisation, you'll enjoy working in an environment using evidence, methodology and best practice principles and having a passion for the future of Organisational Development and improving Employee Experience.
This role may also suit an experienced commercially focused Business Partner with experience and a passion in OD.
Whilst this role will ideally be based in Wellington, other locations including Christchurch, Auckland and Palmerston North will be considered for candidates prepared to travel to Wellington on a regular basis.
