Your new role
Liaising with builders and stipulated suppliers
Ordering all materials for kitsets and any full contract housing if required
Undertaking basic QS (Quantity Surveying) type work for material orders where required
Ensuring invoices are checked as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project budgets
Handling council consents and associated paperwork
Work closely with the construction teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial consultation to home completion
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or building industry
Familiarity with ordering materials and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control
Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying practices
Lodging council consents experience (training will be provided)
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with builders, suppliers and other stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
