Property Manager

Wellington property Investment company is looking for a Property Manager to manage a residential building

Your new company

Our client is a well renowned Property Investment company here in Wellington who own and operate a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, car park buildings, hotels, and retail properties.

Your new role

This role sits within the Residential arm of the business, which is made up of over 400 tenancies across residential and boarding house sites. As a Property Manager, you will be tasked with managing a specific residential building that they own. You will be responsible for managing all tenancies within this property, from conducting tenant viewings, converting these into signed tenancies, and handling all aspects of the tenant lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 4+ years Property Management experience

  • Proficient in Palace and Renti software

  • Strong sales focus, with a demonstrated ability to maintain and build relationships

  • Full NZ Drivers licence
