Your new role
- Engage with stakeholders to gather qualitative and quantitative information.
- Analyse data to identify trends and draw actionable insights for process improvement.
- Utilise technical proficiency in:
- SDLC phases (planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance)
- Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive business improvements
- Programme delivery performance metrics and reporting highlight the effectiveness of the delivery process.
- The ability to implement improvement recommendations that measurably enhance the current delivery process.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
