Your new role

• Perform testing procedures on the Application Software and ensure all errors are identified and corrected before release to clients.
• Laisse between developers & customer to design & deliver quality software which meets customer requirements, while also being time efficient for the business.
• Provide product and technical support to all clients as required, resolving queries & bugs as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong communication skills, both internally & customer facing.
• Knowledge of database systems / SQL (MS SQL in particular)
• Python & batch scripting would be an advantage.
• UX / customer focussed testing approach
• Good technical investigative skills
• Strong documentation and issue reporting skills
• Have work standards of a high level of accuracy and presentation
• Able to pass a criminal and credit check.
