We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused forklift operator to join our team as a storeman

Eligibility:
Applicants must have full New Zealand working rights and be currently residing in New Zealand.

Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused forklift operator to join our team as a storeman. The ideal candidate will possess an OSH forklift certificate and demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety practices. This position is Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift to move materials and products
Perform pre-operation checks on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition
Assist with dispatch duties
Receive instructions from the production office
Ensuring that all stock is kept in well-defined and maintained areas and is clearly identified
Assist in dispatch at designated times
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment
Ensure the Stores and Finished Goods areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
Any other task may be directed from time to time.

Qualifications:

OSH forklift certificate
F endorsement (preferred)
Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Solid understanding of health and safety practices
