We are seeking dedicated and experienced Customer Service Consultant's to join a dynamic contact centre team in Wellington CBD. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer enquiries promptly.
  • Maintain high-quality call standards to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
  • Document and update customer records accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
