Key
Responsibilities:
- Handle
inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide
accurate information and resolve customer enquiries promptly.
- Maintain
high-quality call standards to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Achieve
and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
- Document
and update customer records accurately in the system.
- Collaborate
with team members to improve overall service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous
experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact centre
environment.
- Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability
to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Excellent
problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency
in using computer systems and software applications.
- A
positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer
service.
