Working closely with Managers, you'll provide HR and recruitment support to the organisation with responsibilities including:
What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring a solid understanding of HR principles, practices and employment law in New Zealand with 3+ years experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally within a blue-collar industry.
You'll enjoy working in a diverse, small team environment where you are able to contribute effectively to the business with your "can-do" attitude and strong organisational skills. You'll be comfortable in a hands-on, operational role where you are covering a range of responsibilities and can help drive continued engagement and performance.What you need to do now
