You will join the service management team and work on major incidents in the IT Service Continuity Management, Backup and Restore, IT Service Criticality Management, Service Catalogue Management areas.
What you'll need to succeed
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a 24/7 incident management position.
-Expert in post-incident reviews and have produced unplanned service interruption reports.
