To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of securing contracts, strong knowledge of tendering and the documentation process. As the Estimator, you will be responsible for the management and preparation of estimating and tendering documents. You will also be proficient at pricing labour and materials with excellent commercial acumen.

What you'll need to succeed

• NZ Degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent qualification

• 6+ years estimating/quantity surveying experience here in New Zealand within the commercial construction space.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
