Your new company

We are currently looking for an experienced workshop manager with around 10 years' experience to join one of the most reputable interior companies in the Wellington region. In this role you will be managing a kitchen and cabinet workshop with 5–8 workers working under you.

Your new role

Within this role you will be working closely with the owner of the company to ensure that strict deadlines are made within the team ready for the kitchens and cabinets to be installed across the Wellington region. The role is responsible for managing the allocation and completion of work within our manufacturing workshop.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in a joinery or similar skill workshop

• Ability to read and interpret drawings

• Posses and in-depth knowledge of cabinet making and kitchen installation

• Drive to succeed within a team
