Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to work remotely, offering flexibility and a supportive work environment. The role requires working three days a week, providing a perfect balance for those seeking part-time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and verify invoices.
- Ensure timely payments and manage accounts payable transactions.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and handle related enquiries.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and prepare financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
