Your new role

This is a 12-month fixed term role. You will be working closely with the Payroll team and partnering with the wider business. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assist the lead to develop detailed project plans
  • Analyse payroll data and assist with solution development to enable compliance
  • Assist to develop Holidays Act compliance measures to contribute to the transition to business as usual

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in processing complex payrolls in excess of 1,000 employees ideally with experience of working with MECAs and IEAs

  • Sound understanding of New Zealand employment legislation especially Holidays Act

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
