Your new role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to act as a liaison between developers and customers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets customer requirements efficiently. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by prioritising, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving support tickets. You will offer Level 1 and 2 technical support to clients, addressing queries and bugs, and driving the resolution of system problems. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices is essential, as is performing thorough testing to identify and correct errors before software release.
