Your new company

Our client is a division of a well known organisation in the construction industry and they are looking for a proactive Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your new role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll work as part of a small NZ team supporting all HR matters across the portfolio. Responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic HR/ER advice
• Assisting with the coaching and development to drive performance and engagement
• Implementing policies and procedures
• HR data management
• Supporting the HR team where needed

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be an experienced HR Generalist, having worked within a multi-faceted operational organisation. You'll have a working knowledge of NZ HR legislation and be confident in providing high quality advice across all HR matters.

You'll enjoy a role where you are working with a variety of teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships in a hands-on role. You'll bring energy to your role and be comfortable in managing a busy workload, prioritising demands and managing expectations.

This role has an immediate start and requires someone able to commit to a 6-month temporary contract. There is the potential for this role to extend further.
