We are seeking a passionate and skilled Contract Change Manager to join our Risk and Regulatory Change Programme for a 6-month contract. This role is crucial in supporting a project focused on process change, implementing new processes and methodologies to uplift our risk standards. The Change Manager will work closely with our learning teams to support a wide rollout.

• Manage diverse change initiatives from planning and implementation to end-user training and technical support.
• Integrate te ao Māori and tikanga into change practices.
• Establish and manage support units, collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Develop detailed Work Plans and robust Operating Models for smooth BAU transitions.
• Enhance communication for compliance initiatives and develop resource portals.

• Proven expertise in Change Management and Project Management.
• Extensive background in the public sector.
• Experience in establishing support units and collaborating with leadership teams.
