Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

  • Working as a Policy Administrator to support debt and credit control targets.
  • Working in conjunction with the Distribution and Policy Operations Leaders to ensure effective and efficient collection and management of outstanding debt.
  • Preparation of reconciliations and debtor reports.
  • Finds different ways to perform work and identify new solutions
  • Full-time in the office, 8:30am-4:30pm with 30 min lunch – Monday to Friday

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong customer service & relationship building skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Data entry and processing skills
