Growing Agricultural Machinery Supplier requires an Applications Support Specialist for a contract opportunity based remotely in New Zealand commencing ASAP.

• Troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt handling of tickets and communication with customers.
• Managing incidents affecting functionality, availability, and performance.
• Tuning and scaling systems for optimal performance and security.
• Managing security profiles across applications.
• Providing 2nd level technical support for ERP and CRM users.
• Delivering client onboarding activities and maintaining system training documentation.
• Providing training to end users.
• Evaluating system inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and application support.
• Experience with FinOps support, automated form management, Power Automate, API configuration, and SQL.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM (D365) administration and support.
• Power BI knowledge.
• ITIL Foundation certification and a qualification in Dynamics 365 (required).
• Information Systems degree (desirable).
