Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

Working as an experienced recruiter you will create meaningful relationships with construction companies across the South Island and partner with them for their recruitment solutions. You will have the autonomy to manage the full recruitment process which will involve;

• Building a diverse client network through business development and industry networking events
• Creating and managing sourcing strategies within your specialised sector
• Working together with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across New Zealand
• Live our Hays values where collaboration and inclusivity are at the heart of our approach

The right person for this role will already have had a successful career in an agency environment and ideally have experience within the construction industry. Along with this you will have;

• 2+ years within agency recruitment in a 360 based role
• Experience with developing and growing client relationships
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
