Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

Working as a Team Manager you will create meaningful relationships with customers and partner with them for their recruitment solutions while coaching and developing junior recruiters in the wider team. You will be a hands-on recruiter and will have the autonomy to manage the full recruitment process which will involve;

• Building a diverse client network through business development and industry networking events
• Creating and managing sourcing strategies within your specialised sector
• Working together with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across New Zealand
• Live our Hays values where collaboration and inclusivity are at the heart of our approach.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

The right person for this role will already have had a successful career in agency recruitment and ideally have experience managing 2+ direct reports. Along with this you will have;

• 2+ years within agency recruitment in a 360 based role
• Experience with developing and growing client relationships
• Committed and confident in
  building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
