We’re excited to announce an opening for a Fulfilment Integration Specialist to join our Fulfilment Unit Operations team at IKEA. If you’re passionate about Logistics and supply chain management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
To be considered for the Fulfilment Integration Specialist role, experience in the following is essential:
Proven skills in fulfilment and managing the intake of stock.
You will thrive in a lively, hands-on environment. You'll be actively engaged in a variety of tasks that require movement and interaction throughout the day, away from a desk.
Experienced in fulfilment services, including stock control and customs experience.
Computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge and application of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen are highly valued.
Strong background in problem-solving and process improvement, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency.
Proficiency in data analytics to support decision-making and process optimisation.
University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related) or relevant experience in retail/home furnishing/supply-chain/procurement/customer service.
A strong alignment with IKEA values, demonstrating a commitment to the company’s culture and principles.

What you'll need to know
The role is Permanent.
Early in the role, the external warehouse in Manukau will be your main location of work, but once the store opens, the main working location with be the store at Sylvia Park, with time-to-time travel to the external warehouse.
The role is expected to start in April 2025.
The first step of the recruitment process will be an application form. If you are successful to the next step, you will be notified via email.
As part of the recruitment process, this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates which includes an MOJ police check.
As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts.
The expected start date for this role is 07/04/25.
