To be considered for this IKEA Co-worker role, experience in the following is essential:
Strong proficiency in computer skills and digital tools.
Proven track record of achieving results in a dynamic, omnichannel environment.
Experienced in executing action plans and adhering to established work methods under managerial guidance.
Adaptable and effective in fast-paced work conditions, ensuring successful outcomes whilst always prioritising safety.
A valid forklift licence is highly regarded.
An MPI Accredited Persons certificate and relevant experience is desirable but not essential.

What you need to know
The work location for this role is our external warehouse - (Manukau) and, from time to time, IKEA Sylvia Park. Flexibility to work between both sites will be required.
This role is a permanent role for 80 hours per fortnight.
The hourly rate is $29.80.
The internal title for this role is IKEA Co-Worker.
The first step of the recruitment process will be an application form. If you are successful to the next step, you will be notified via email.
As part of the recruitment process, this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates which includes an MOJ police check.
If you are successful for this role, you will be required to obtain a forklift licence.
As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
