Accounting & Finance
- Oversee the consolidation of financial statements across the group.
- Manage all statutory reporting requirements, including regulatory filings, disclosures, audit processes, and internal audit compliance.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial information to the Group Financial Controller (FC) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support governance reporting.
- Oversee group tax accounting, including corporate income tax provisions, to estimate and manage the organization’s tax obligations.
- Provide expert advice on specialized finance areas such as tax strategy, planning, transfer pricing, and tax management.
- Implement and maintain review processes to identify financial risks and opportunities proactively.
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of ERP and financial software projects, ensuring alignment with compliance and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure group-wide compliance with tax obligations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date filings.
- Partner with internal teams to develop and manage the organization’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ESG reporting standards and frameworks.
- Establish and oversee board reporting foundations for business units.
- Coordinate transfer pricing documentation, reviews, and compliance to support intercompany transactions.
- Monitor and manage financial and organizational risks by integrating assurance, compliance, and risk forecasting to align with business needs and risk appetite.
- Provide technical accounting guidance on proposed transactions and commercial arrangements to ensure accurate accounting treatment.
- Ensure financial policies and procedures align with industry best practices and comply with external regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports to the Audit and Risk Committee as required.

CA, CPA and CIMA Qualified,
Experience in transfer pricing and tax obligations outside NZ, Australian income tax experience
Bachelors or Masters level degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration.
