Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage on-site staff and subcontractors to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Oversee job planning, Quality Assurance (QA), budgeting, and programming to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Implement and monitor Health & Safety (H&S) protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Mentor and support operators to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate and supervise various plant operations to ensure optimal productivity.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the civil industry.
• Hands-on experience with various plant operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent job planning, QA, budgeting, and programming abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and mentoring skills.
