As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible in designing and documenting standard business processes, managing the process of gathering, analyzing, storing and disseminating requirements. You will also be responsible in ensuring and supporting the team to apply the appropriate business process and requirements gathering methods to ensure a high-quality output with requirement traceability.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• You should have formal Senior Business Analyst experience which needs to include experience in requirements gathering, documentation and analysis.
• Salesforce Experience: Proficiency with Salesforce, particularly Education Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Applications and Hardware:Strong understanding of both applications and hardware.
• Student-Centric Solutions: Experience in transforming legacy systems to modern, student-focused solutions.
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
• Good understanding of tools, techniques and methodologies used for business analysis
• Good facilitation, presentation, communication and writing skills
