Join a dynamic real estate team as a Real Estate Administrator. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to a high-performing real estate team, helping to streamline operations and enhance productivity. This is a 3-month, full-time temporary role to cover extended leave.

Responsibilities include:

  • Print, collate, and distribute marketing flyers
  • Prepare property information for open homes and brochures
  • Retrieve and compile web statistics for vendor reports
  • Data entry and database management
  • Assist with client gift wrapping and distribution
  • Book advertising campaigns and prepare maps for brochures
  • Load listings into the company system and ensure compliance with AML requirements
  • General business support and correspondence

  • Previous real estate experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Creative and proactive approach to tasks
