Join a dynamic real estate team as a Real Estate Administrator. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to a high-performing real estate team, helping to streamline operations and enhance productivity. This is a 3-month, full-time temporary role to cover extended leave.

Responsibilities include:
- Print, collate, and distribute marketing flyers
- Prepare property information for open homes and brochures
- Retrieve and compile web statistics for vendor reports
- Data entry and database management
- Assist with client gift wrapping and distribution
- Book advertising campaigns and prepare maps for brochures
- Load listings into the company system and ensure compliance with AML requirements
- General business support and correspondence

- Previous real estate experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Creative and proactive approach to tasks
