  • Managing network partnerships, coordinating logistics and export of medical products, providing administrative support, and participating in cultivation and processing activities.
  • This involves maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing inventory and export documentation, and contributing to work planning.
  • You will also oversee transportation logistics and support hands-on cultivation and processing tasks.

  • Stellar communication skills with the ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience in a coordination, administrative, supply chain management or related field.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of effective communication.
  • Knowledge and understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the horticulture environment.

    Physical Demands:

    -The physical requirements detailed below are indicative of those necessary for an employee to effectively perform the essential duties of this role.
    -Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, extend hands and arms, and perform activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing.
    -Capability to occasionally lift up to 20kg, frequently lift up to 10kg, and consistently lift up to 5kg.
    -Ability to move around Company premises, including navigating stairs in certain locations.
    -Ability to see both nearby and far away, as well as have peripheral vision to detect safety hazards.
    -Must demonstrate normal manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination; and maintain corrected hearing and vision within the normal range.
