Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

You will work within a supportive team of 8 in the Infrastructure team, supporting the business operations on Level 2 digital infrastructure and systems. As a generalist, your role will vary from supporting and resolving issues escalated from Helpdesk, working with the Senior ICT Engineers, managing and delivering deployment and system upgrades across about 1300 devices, looking after compliance and patching. This role will suit you if you are looking to develop into a senior role or are comfortable being on technical tools from your day-to-day perspective. You will ideally be based in the Bay of Plenty and be on-site full-time, with some flexibility for hybrid later in your career.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• 2-3+ years in a Level 2 Systems Engineering or a similar role
• Experience in Microsoft suite, Intune & SCCM, Hyper-V, routing and switching, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity incident management
• Have worked or are happy to undergo ongoing learning and training in enterprise-level digital systems and software
• Strong desktop and laptop deployment & support experience
