In this role, you will be primarily focused on project delivery, designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions to streamline our software development and deployment processes. Your expertise in Ansible, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies (AWS) will be crucial in driving efficiency and reliability across our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible for configuration management and orchestration.
- Develop Helm charts for deploying and managing containerised applications on OpenShift clusters.
- Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate automation into the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor and optimise system performance, reliability, and scalability through automation.
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed - Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management and orchestration.
- Experience with Helm in managing Kubernetes applications.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and hands-on experience with pipeline tools such as GitLab CI or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS.
- Knowledge of containerisation technologies, preferably Docker.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms like OpenShift is a plus.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall software development environments.
