They are looking for a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join their team and contribute to the professional development of their workforce.
Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for our employees, franchisees, and their staff. Your expertise will ensure that our training programs align with NZQA and Careerforce Level 2 & 3 curriculums, focusing on quality, environmental standards, and health and safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Design, implement, and deliver training programs for all levels of employees, including franchisees and their staff.
- Ensure training programs align with the NZQA/Careerforce curriculum.
- Conduct various training formats, including initial training, shadow training, on-site training, assessment training, and refresher trainings.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop solutions to address identified needs.
- Track and monitor training program effectiveness through regular evaluations and feedback.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on training program performance to management.
- Ensure all staff and franchisees adhere to Health and Safety policies.
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
- NZQA Cleaning Level 2 and Level 3 Supervision/Careerforce Registered Qualified Assessor is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a trainer in the cleaning industry
- Minimum of 5 years of industry work experience, including in supervisor and hands-on roles
- Experience in training assessment, curriculum design, development, delivery and reporting
- Flexibility to travel across New Zealand, including occasional overnight stays and weekend work and the ability to work non-standard hours outside the conventional 8-to-5 schedule when required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail
- A current and clean New Zealand driving licence
