In this role, you will lead a team of 4–5 advisors, overseeing their work to ensure all correspondence is responded to promptly and in compliance with relevant legislation. You will also lead and manage the Advisors to ensure they stay on top of their case load. This is a fantastic opportunity to guide a high-performing team within an organisation committed to maintaining the trust New Zealanders place in their medical professionals.

• Excellent written skills and the ability to succinctly summarise information and present it to the board.
• Strong attention to detail whilst reviewing an advisor’s work.
• Previous experience with legislative context is essential.
• Previous case management is essential and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a very busy role.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships.
• Previous experience managing a team.
