Our client is a multi-specialty, multilingual medical specialist center offering a wide range of specialities and allied health disciplines.

The Administrator/Receptionist is a pivotal person in the practice environment, as they are the first point of contact with patients and visitors. They also co-ordinate the services and have a major role to play in prioritising work flows and managing patient expectations. Key tasks:

  • Reception management: meeting and greeting, answering the phone, booking appointments, communication and liaison with doctors, patients and visitors
  • Administration: patient registration, bookings, referrals, ACC claims, banking reconciliations, filling, mail correspondence, e-mail, scanning, stationery and kitchen supplies

  • Great English communication skills

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

  • Proven experience in the medical industry / working with GPs
