This organisation is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to join the Christchurch team. This role involves managing contracts' financial and operational performance, promoting core business activities, and developing strong business relationships.
- Regular communication with clients and franchisees through telephone and personal visits.
- Conducting Quality Assurance (QA) checks and ensuring compliance.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
- Supporting franchisees with guidance and training to enhance their performance.
- Ensuring all Paramount property is maintained and registered correctly.
- Conducting site-specific security procedures and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with new business opportunities and franchisee recruitment.
- Adhering to Health & Safety policies and procedures.

- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and time management abilities.
- Industry knowledge and experience with quotations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in on-the-job training and policy adherence.
