• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering and solution design for large-scale businesses

• Strong understanding of Computer Vision & AI technologies, Agile methodologies, and DevOps/GitOps/MLOps processes

• Deep technical expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to prioritise technical requirements and balance them with business goals

• Experience with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
