As a supervisor of marine service technicians, you will lead and support your team, ensuring efficient task allocation and completion. Your role involves diagnosing and repairing safety systems on marine and aviation equipment, while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. You will conduct quality control checks, maintain accurate service records, and liaise with clients and stakeholders for seamless service delivery. Additionally, you will provide technical support to customers, manage inventory, and promote a strong safety culture in all activities.

Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role within a production environment, with leadership experience (managing a small team preferred).
Demonstrated experience with mechanical systems.
The ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and regulations.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Physically fit and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Clean Criminal History & Full Class 1 License
