Our client is a leading Main Contractor in the South Island that has been in the industry for over 20 years. Due to their commitment to reliability, excellence and integrity, they have built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across New Zealand. Due to new project security, they are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in commercial construction for their Wanaka Division. They are open to candidates across both North Island and South Island as there is a relocation package included.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 8+ years experience in the NZ Construction Industry

• Tertiary qualification in construction management

• Proven experience delivering projects within budget and meeting deadlines

• Proven experience delivering the full lifecycle of a build

• Strong commitment to health and safety

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
