Our client is seeking a skilled mid to senior-level lawyer with 4+ years of corporate and/or commercial legal experience to join a collaborative and high-performing team. This role can be based in Wellington or Auckland, with flexible opportunities for full-time or part-time arrangements.

You’ll work on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, corporate advisory, commercial contract drafting, and procurement.
