Our client has been in the industry for over 30 years and are well known for delivering high-quality projects across the North Island. Their team of specialists excels in construction, project management, quantity surveying and more in the commercial sector. Due to winning over new projects, they are looking to grow their team and are seeking an intermediate quantity surveyor to join their high-performing team.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

Reporting to the Senior Quantity your day-to-day job will include:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project costs and progress, providing regular reports
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary Qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying

• Minimum of 5 years experience in NZ Construction Industry

• Proven experience in commercial projects valued at $5 million plus

• Previous working history with Main Contractor beneficial
