• Conduct gap analysis of existing collateral.
• Partner with various business partners to understand their engagement schedules and develop plans to fill gaps within current constraints.
• Facilitate workshops with PMS vendors, business teams, and users to understand their challenges in implementing APIs.

• Proven experience in service design, particularly within government
• Strong analytical skills to conduct gap analysis and user interviews.
• Excellent facilitation skills to lead workshops and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to develop comprehensive service blueprints and user journeys.
• Experience in identifying and documenting opportunities for process improvement.
