Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

You will be answering inbound queries from new and existing clients, processing and promoting sales and orders and supporting both clients and the internal sales team to create a seamless and exceptional customer experience. You will follow the customer journey by providing ongoing communication and support, as well as preparing follow-up quotes and orders that may be needed. Key tasks:

• Promote sales through regular contact with existing customers
• Process sales orders and provide administrative support as part of the sales team
• Preparation and follow-up of quotes and orders
• Identify and develop new business
• Provide any other support that may be required within the team from time to time

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a Customer Service role is essential (2+ years minimum)– ideally involving an element of sales

• Outstanding communication, especially phone manner

• Strong customer ethos and passion for meeting customer needs

• Confident and energetic rapport-building skills

• Experience in engineering products or manufacturing is an advantage
