In this role, you will offer administrative support, oversee performance and compliance, manage monthly timesheet administration, and handle daily timekeeping tasks. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to all policies and procedures within the franchise system. Key tasks:

  • Monitoring and Implementing Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure franchisees and employee training, annual Health & Safety commitments are met in consultation with the H&S Committee and Senior Management
  • Perform day-to-day timekeeping tasks and other account administration tasks in an efficient and streamlined operation.
  • Ensure all service providers, franchisees and subcontractors are registered correctly in the system
  • Injury and Incident Reporting, Investigation & Hazard identification and Job Safety analysis
  • Undertake special projects as may be required from time to time

  • Communicate effectively at all levels with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and ethnicities.

  • Proficient in data analysis with strong numerical reasoning skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Microsoft package proficiency (especially Excel)

  • Basic business accounting and payroll knowledge

  • Health & Safety legislation knowledge
