We are seeking a dedicated Technical Account Manager to ensure the success of our service delivery to clients. This role involves providing comprehensive support for current and future IT needs, leveraging industry knowledge to understand business priorities, and executing both daily and long-term actions to align our solutions with client requirements. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of service, ethics, and professionalism, driven by the challenge of delivering exceptional service and making a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and lead the Modern Management managed service experience, focusing on customer-oriented outcomes.
  • Serve as part of the foundational team delivering Modern Management services to clients in the USA, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business priorities and technical requirements, prioritising needs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery to ensure services meet agreed service level agreements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Work with the Sales team to present new services and solutions to existing clients.
  • Continuously improve products, services, and processes to meet quality and cost expectations.
  • Partner with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed expectations.
  • Produce and deliver quality reports for clients and internal management.
  • Lead the incident management process, providing proactive issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with offshore team members and leadership to grow the Modern Managed service.
Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Windows 10 & 11, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Android endpoints.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Intune and other MDM systems.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams.
  • Familiarity with international standards (NZISM, The Essential Eight, NIST, CIS, etc.).
  • Ability to build and deliver assessments to measure alignment with relevant standards.
  • Ability to participate in customer audits and surveys.
  • Autonomous workstyle with quick learning and adaptability to product changes.
  • Proven high-quality service delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong documentation and timekeeping skills.
  • A degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent relevant qualifications is desirable.
