Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
Reporting to the Director of the company, you will be required to use your existing networks & relationships to hunt down new construction projects, predominantly in Auckland. The beauty of this opportunity is that you will actively work alongside the current BDM to ensure a smooth transition of existing relationships & tenders as they are confirmed to be heading offshore later in the year.

- Proven experience working with main contractors is a must
- Established networks within the construction sector is essential
- Electrical knowledge & / or estimation experience will work to your advantage, however not directly necessary
- Passion for hunting down new development opportunities & projects and bring them to fruition
- A strong eye for detail to ensure compliance and best practice is adhered to
- Availability to travel across the upper north island and Christchurch where necessary
- Willingness to work with a hard-working and close-knit team
