As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our team by leveraging your extensive experience in implementing CRM and ITSM systems. This part-time contract position, running until June, requires a commitment of 20 hours per week. You will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the successful implementation of our CRM and ITSM solutions.
