Your new role

• The Change Manager evaluates the impact of change, creates comprehensive change plans, and coordinates business activities to ensure the successful implementation of operational changes within one of the Agile Tribes.
• Collaborate closely with Tribe team members, Subject-Matter Experts and key business stakeholders to understand the change impacts for impacted business areas

What you'll need to succeed

• Advanced and practical understanding of change management requirements and delivery.
• Proficient knowledge of ADKAR or similar changes models.
• Practical understanding of change impacts and the role different business readiness activities can play in mitigating associated risks
• Proven track record in planning, delivering and measuring change communications, training, process / knowledge documentation and other change adoption activities
