Your new role
The Change Manager evaluates the impact of change, creates comprehensive change plans, and coordinates business activities to ensure the successful implementation of operational changes within one of the Agile Tribes.
Collaborate closely with Tribe team members, Subject-Matter Experts and key business stakeholders to understand the change impacts for impacted business areas
What you'll need to succeed
Advanced and practical understanding of change management requirements and delivery.
Proficient knowledge of ADKAR or similar changes models.
Practical understanding of change impacts and the role different business readiness activities can play in mitigating associated risks
Proven track record in planning, delivering and measuring change communications, training, process / knowledge documentation and other change adoption activities
