Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
In this role you will be managing the recruitment process from start to finish, working with clients and candidates in your specialist industry to create a successful recruitment process for all parties involved.
As someone who enjoys building new relationships, you will thrive on the challenge of going out to market to continuously grow your client portfolio for purposes of generating new business. You will be identifying business development opportunities, both reactive and proactive and demonstrate excellent relationship building, sales and service skills to convert these newly established relationships to longstanding partnerships.
Along with this you will develop candidate attraction strategies to find and engage candidates, partnering with them, assessing, and matching them with suitable opportunities and supporting them throughout their job search.
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a minimum of 2+ years recruitment experience operating in an agency based environment. Successful candidates will also display the following experience and attributes:
- Display a high level of professionalism and credibility
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and resilience
- Proven experience working with targets / KPIs / sales budgets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate a solution focused approach and proven experience delivering exceptional service to customers
Ngā hua ka whiwhi i a koe | What you'll get in return
In return you will have a career not just a job. You will have the best recruitment tools and training at your disposal and a supportive team.We offer competitive packages ranging from $55,000 pa to $80,000 dependent on experience, plus performance related pay potential on average of $15,000 - $19,500 pa.
This is for full time employment based on a 40-hour work week, based in our Wellington office.
