Due to continued growth in their portfolio, they are on the lookout for a dynamic Building Facilities manager to support the team in property needs and requirements across their portfolio within the Auckland CBD.Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, your day to day will be:
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in facilities or property management, preferably within a large multi-site organisation
Outstanding planning and organisational skils, with demonstrated experience in planned preventative maintenance programs
A background in a technical field such as construction, HVAC, MEP, or FLS
Experience in contract management, preferably in construction, asset renewal or property management sectors.
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
